The Saltway Fields is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The Saltway Fields collects information from our users at a number of different points depending on how you use and interact with our website.

Cookies – We currently do not set any cookies on your browser. Please note that if you make a booking with us PayPal will set cookies when you log in to your account.

Form Submissions – if you submit a photo via our Meet the Pack form we may display the image on our website. Please ensure that any persons visible in the image have consented to this.

Spam Protection – This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Bookings – When you place a booking with The Saltway Fields we collect certain information which allows us to process and facilitate your booking. We ask for your name, email address, and telephone number. These details will only be used for facilitating your booking. We may contact you to discuss your booking or to provide you with a new access code.

Online Payments – We offer payment processing via PayPal. Transaction details are stored securely with PayPal.

Website Backups – This website is backed up on a regular basis for security and disaster recovery purposes. The backups are stored securely with Dropbox. Dropbox may store these backups outside of the European Union in line with its undertakings through the EU-US Privacy Shield Program. Website backups will be stored for a maximum of 60 days before being deleted.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
